Well, that makes up for a lot in my book. Pinball Hall of Fame, Las Vegas: 'Cant wait to visit the Pinball Museum from.' Tjhe casual fan wouldn't give it a second thought. That's really a nit-pick, becasue with this many machines, in a not-for-profit environment, that's asking the impossible. The only reason I did not give the PHOF a 5 is that not every machine is in pristine condition. As others have noted, itt's not much to look at from the outside. Most of the 75-centers are a glorious 5 balls per game. The newest machines are 75 cents, older ones rage down to a quarter. Machines from the 40s, right up to the modern-day Sterns (the only manufacturer left). The most used app on my iPad? Farsight's brilliant "Pinball Arcade." So yeah, I know the silver ball. I am the 1993 Atlanta PAPA Division B Pinball champ. Let me start with my pinball props: I own a 1990 Riberboat Gambler. This is one of the coolest places of all of our tripafvisor reviews. It is located maybe a 5 minute drive from the strip and very close to UNLV. We only had a couple hours here, but could have easily spent an entire day here and wanted to go back for more. In addition to pinball machines, they have some of the all time classic arcade games like super Mario brothers, excitebike, mike Tyson's punch out, and the list goes on. We saw some new machines, some super old machines, and others from our childhood. They had every kind of pinball machine you could think of, spanning so many decades. I got $10 worth of quarters and some Boston baked beans and was all. It's non profit with all proceeds going to repair the machines and the rest to the Salvation Army. Unbelievable. The pinball hall of fame was simply put, awesome! After losing money in the casinos, losing quarters here is nothing! Most games in this place are a quarter and some are 2. You will have more fun and at least they are nice and welcoming there. Well, we are definitely not coming back, so he sure doesn't have to worry. I think that person should be grateful that people are happy to stop by this Pinball Museum. Sorry, but he seemed like he was a racist too. ![]() I had a feeling he didn't like us as soon as we walked in. That's 15 mins and we figured we could play another game in that time because we are newbs! Horrible customer service. A guy told is at 10:45pm they were about to close. But at 10:58 (we were surprisingly not losing, which we had expected to since we are newbies)? Ridiculous. If we were there at 11:01pm, I can see why he would get mad. We were having a great time until he ruined it! We were gonna leave when they closed. Like, seriously? You aren't even closed yet! We are paying customers. Then he finally told us that we were rude. We were in the middle of a game and he stood behind us sighing and making shifting noises. BUT The reason for the one-star review is that the person manning the place (owner or whatever he may be) came up to us and said we were rude because we were *gasp* still there at 10:53pm.
